* Licensor Turnley finds the complaint to be valid for Health Practices because during the complaint inspection it was confirmed by staff that the medication was given to them in an unmarked ziploc bag with no information on it. The staff confirmed that the medication was given to the child even though its contents could not be confirmed by staff.
